Established by Silverhall, SilverhallPM utilises the knowledge and understanding we have gained over the years from supporting clients through the investment process.

SilverhallPM manages the Gosford Region up to and including Newcastle and Maitland areas.

On Tuesday night Silverhall presented at Eventhouse Cronulla and on Wednesday night at the Liverpool Catholic Club.  It’s been many years since we hosted a seminar in Cronulla and Liverpool and it was great to see familiar faces and meet new people.

Promenade at Morisset Park is making exciting new progress. All of the House & Land properties have settled on the land over the Christmas and New Year period.

Silverhall has been a big believer in the Central Coast property market for quite some time now. We have done extensive research on the Central Coast, Including the M1 upgrade between the Tuggerah and Doyalson interchanges, job and employment growth, as well as Infrastructure such as the Wyong hospital, Warnervale Town Centre and the development of Australia’s China Theme Park.
