Chief Financial Officer
Mark has been with Silverhall since 2004 As Chief Financial Officer, Mark is responsible for all financial operations, overseeing activities including tax, treasury, financial analysis and investor relations. Mark is instrumental in the management of the business advising on business decisions that shape and establish the Company’s long term goals.
Mark has previously held senior financial positions in major listed multinational companies; Toll Holdings Limited and Getty Images, Inc. These roles were based in Melbourne, London and Chicago.
Prior to these roles Mark worked for KPMG Melbourne. Mark has a Bachelor of Business and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia.
